I’m helping a small group of clients to turn their health and happiness around so that they can be their most enjoyable energised version of themselves, eating in a way they love because it works for their body and their life.

This all new small group and private hybrid coaching programme is great for women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who are fed up of their weight struggles. It’s for you whether you are overeating, emotionally eating, or ‘doing all the right things’ and discovering that the weight just won’t budge, or you’re finding that you’re just getting heavier as you move through midlife.

+ Creating the MINDSET, DECISION MAKING CAPABILITY, and EMOTIONAL SKILLS to manage your weight for life. So that you no longer feel conflict over food choices nor do you feel the weariness that comes with constantly thinking about what you should and should not be eating.

  • One 45-minute, and two 30-minute private coaching calls with me

 

  • A small group weekly coaching call (the numbers will be small so I can work with you closely and the call recordings will be shared with you). Calls will be on Tuesday evenings at 7 pm UK (BST) for 90 minutes.

 

This is a hybrid programme which means there is 1:1 included so you get a highly personalised experience.

I spent decades of my life losing and regaining multiple stones over and over and over.

I did Weight Watches, Slimming World, Lighter Life and lots of weird and not so wonderful diets in between.

When I turned forty I was fat, frustrated and morbidly obese.

And then I found a way to lose and manage my weight for life.

It’s easy for me to choose foods that nourish and fuel my body and I don’t want to gorge on foods high in carbs like I used to.

I feel in control.

I don’t need to eat to feel better when I’m having a bad day or feel exhausted or desperate for a treat.

I’ve learned how to get enjoyment from taking care of myself too.
