Your Body – Creating Your Personalised Food Framework

Your weight wellness journey starts with a way of eating that works for you—not a restrictive diet, but a sustainable approach that supports your health and fits into your life. Together, we’ll design your first Food Framework, a personalised plan that aligns with your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll leave knowing exactly what changes you want to make and how to implement them in a way that feels natural and enjoyable.

Your Brain – Planning & Managing Food with Ease

Planning is a powerful tool when it works for you, not against you. In this session, we’ll explore how to create a planning system that fits your personality and lifestyle, so that making choices around food feels easier and more intentional. Whether you struggle with meal planning, decision fatigue, or last-minute eating habits, we’ll help you put simple, effective strategies in place.

Your Mind – Shifting the Thoughts & Beliefs That Keep You Stuck

What you believe about food, dieting, and yourself has a profound impact on your success. We’ll take a deep dive into your thoughts and beliefs around eating and weight wellness, uncovering the patterns that may be holding you back. Through coaching and guided exercises, you’ll start shifting these beliefs, making it easier to create lasting, positive change.

Your Emotions – Understanding & Reducing Emotional Eating

Emotional eating isn’t about willpower—it’s about learning new ways to support yourself. In this session, you’ll identify where emotional eating is showing up in your life and discover practical ways to process emotions without turning to food. Whether it’s stress, boredom, or other triggers, you’ll gain tools to navigate these moments with more awareness and self-compassion.

By the end of the day, you’ll feel empowered, clear, and ready to take meaningful steps forward on your weight wellness journey, with the confidence that you’re setting yourself up for success in a way that truly works for you.

Workshop Day #2
Weight Wellness Deep Dive

This Weight Wellness Deep Dive workshop is designed for those who have already completed Food 4 Thought, a similar Lose Weight. Live Life. programme, or the Weight Wellness for All Workshop. It is for you if you're ready to go deeper into your relationship with food. Rather than focusing on food choices and planning, this day will be about tackling the two biggest factors that shape long-term weight wellness success: your mindset and your emotions.

In the morning we will focus on mindset and will work on Upgrading Thoughts & Beliefs That Hinder Sustainable Weight Wellness. 

The way you think about food, yourself, and your journey determines whether weight wellness feels natural and sustainable—or like a constant struggle. 

We will explore four key areas of mindset:

  • Your thoughts about food – Do you still have an over-desire for certain foods that makes things difficult? Do you see food as something that needs to be controlled, or as something that supports your well-being?
  • Your thoughts about yourself – Do you truly believe in your ability to succeed? Do you trust yourself to make good choices, or do you feel like you need external rules to stay on track?
  • Your thoughts about your life – Are you caught in the belief that life is too busy, too stressful, or too complicated to focus on weight wellness? Do you feel like other priorities always get in the way?
  • Your thoughts about your weight wellness journey – Do you still have leftover diet mentality that makes you feel like you’re “on” or “off” track? Are you thinking in extremes or making things harder than they need to be?

By the end of the morning, you’ll have a new way of thinking about food, yourself, and your journey—one that makes it easier to move forward and create long-term success.

In the afternoon we will focus on emotions and will work on Expanding Your Emotional Capability & Handling Food Urges.

Our emotions drive so many of our eating choices—from feeling cravings and urges, to using food for comfort, stress relief, or pleasure. We will be focusing on these two areas of emotional capability.

Mastering the Urge to Eat
Urges can be fleeting, persistent, or even subconscious—so much so that we often find ourselves eating before we even realise what happened. In this session, we’ll explore:

  • The different types of food urges—quick cravings, long-lasting urges, and subtle urges that happen just below awareness
  • How to increase your awareness so you can recognise and process urges before they turn into automatic eating
  • Practical tools for handling urges in real-time so they lose their power over you
  • How to train your brain to reduce over-desire for food so cravings and compulsions feel less intense over time

Expanding Your Emotional Capability
Beyond food urges, many of us turn to eating as a way to manage other emotions—whether it’s stress, boredom, overwhelm, loneliness, or even wanting more joy and excitement. In this session, we’ll explore:

  • Identifying your emotional triggers—what emotions drive your eating, and when are you most likely to turn to food?
  • Expanding your emotional capacity—so you can sit with difficult emotions instead of needing to "fix" them with food
  • Finding new ways to meet your emotional needs—whether that’s for comfort, relaxation, excitement, or connection
  • How to stop fearing emotions and start seeing them as neutral experiences that you can handle with confidence

For years, I felt stuck in a cycle of diets, losing and regaining the same stones over and over again. I tried everything from Weight Watchers and Slimming World to countless fad diets. By forty, I was morbidly obese, exhausted, frustrated, and felt weighed down—not just by my body, but by the mental strain of never feeling at peace with myself.

That’s when I discovered that true change happens when you begin nurturing a better relationship with yourself. Letting go of the mental weight of self-judgement made it easier to nourish my body, mind, and soul in a way that feels natural and joyful. Changing my relationship with food, myself and my life, 8 years ago, led me to lose six-stone for the last time.

I now take pleasure in looking after myself, no longer using food to fill emotional gaps. I live with a sense of control and ease, and I’m passionate about helping other women experience this freedom.

I am an Advanced Certified Weight Coach with No BS Weight Loss University, a Certified Life & Weight Loss Coach with The Life Coach School, and a Certified Health & Life Coach with The Health Coach Institute. I specialise in causal coaching, with experience in NLP and Positive Intelligence, and am committed to helping women create lasting, positive relationships with food, their bodies, and their lives.
