The Self-Appreciation Audit
An audit of your current relationship with yourself and your body so that you can gain an understanding of where you are today and where youâd like to grow. This audit is to help you identify the areas in your life where you appreciate yourself vs. judge yourself so that you can see where you have opportunities to create more self empowerment, confidence and resilience.Â
