If you feel like no matter how hard you try, you're not the person you want to be, you’re not alone.

Many women born in the 60s, 70s, and 80s struggle with self-worth and body satisfaction, facing pressure to meet unrealistic standards. These challenges can lead to low mood, anxiety, and even depression, creating a cycle where food is used for comfort—often worsening physical and emotional health.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

WHAT WE WILL WORK ON

In the Embracing You programme, we focus on creating a lasting, positive relationship with yourself so that you can feel even better about life. Look forward to:

  1. A New Understanding of Yourself: Exploring your relationship with yourself, you’ll gain clarity on beliefs and habits that shape your day-to-day. Recognising patterns, like always putting others first or being overly self-critical, will enable you to do more to support your happiness and live with more purpose and control.

  2. Body Image Liberation: We’ll challenge myths about body image that make you feel “not enough,” helping you view yourself through a kinder, more appreciative lens. Without self-worth tied to appearance, you’ll feel a new sense of freedom, enjoy participating more in activities, and experience life without the weight of negative self-perception.

  3. Genuine Self-Acceptance: When you move from self-criticism to self-kindness and you accept yourself, flaws and all, you can reduce stress and anxiety, boost self-esteem, and feel more at ease in your relationships. You’ll have more space to focus on what truly matters, rather than getting stuck in self-doubt.

  4. Freedom from the ‘Shoulds’: “Shoulds” keep you stuck in unfulfilling patterns. Letting go of your expectations will create space for choices that reflect your authentic values. You’ll feel empowered to pursue what brings you joy and fulfilment, whether it’s exploring a creative hobby, changing careers, or redefining how you spend your time.

  5. A Redefined Approach to Self-Care: When you see self-care as an essential part of life, not a luxury, you’ll be better equipped to recharge and handle stress with resilience. The Self-Appreciation Audit
An audit of your current relationship with yourself and your body so that you can gain an understanding of where you are today and where you’d like to grow. This audit is to help you identify the areas in your life where you appreciate yourself vs. judge yourself so that you can see where you have opportunities to create more self empowerment, confidence and resilience. 

 

Three Live Workshops 
Connect with me and your fellow participants for an interactive experience that combines expert coaching and Q&A, guiding you through each stage of your journey:

Introductory Class – Tue 5th November at 7 pm
Discover what it really means to have a relationship with yourself and why so many of us struggle with it. We’ll explore practical ways to start transforming this relationship.

For years, I felt stuck in a cycle of diets, losing and regaining the same stones over and over again. I tried everything from Weight Watchers and Slimming World to countless fad diets. By forty, I was exhausted, frustrated, and felt weighed down—not just by my body, but by the mental strain of never feeling at peace with myself.

That’s when I discovered that true change happens when you begin nurturing a better relationship with yourself. Letting go of the mental weight of self-judgement made it easier to nourish my body, mind, and soul in a way that feels natural and joyful. I now take pleasure in looking after myself, no longer using food to fill emotional gaps. I live with a sense of control and ease, and I’m passionate about helping other women experience this freedom.

I am an Advanced Certified Weight Coach with No BS Weight Loss University, a Certified Life & Weight Loss Coach with The Life Coach School, and a Certified Health & Life Coach with The Health Coach Institute. I specialise in causal coaching, with experience in NLP and Positive Intelligence, and am committed to helping women create lasting, positive relationships with food, their bodies, and their lives.
